Corrosion

Ensuring downhole or wellbore integrity is fundamental obligation
of any Operator. EV's Optis™ camera technology allows Operators to see the condition of their well. Depending on the application Optis Slickine, Optic E-line, Optis RT-120 and Optis Coil can evaluate your corrosion and erosion challenges.

Optis™ Slickline provides the ability to record 5 hours of video on slickline in a single run enabling you to get a complete video inspection of your downhole or wellbore in a single run. In high water cut wells Optis Slickline can provide an image of either corrosion or scale either as a stand-alone run or combined with an additional service in the same run, such as a caliper or magnetic thickness tool.

Optis™ Electric line when operated with the sideview module takes high resolution pictures of any section of the downhole or wellbore wall. Cracks and joints can be inspected to a detail unachievable with any other technology.

For suspended subsea wellheads Optis™ RT-120 provides a high resolution image of the wellhead threads and seal areas prior to running the subsea tree or completion.

EV's range of cameras can be used to inspect difficult to access areas. In the wellbore this includes inspection of the annulus for erosion of the casing in cutting re-injection wells.
